They dont clean the rooms and their cleaners will take money for cleaning. They charge very high amount for breakfast

AC switched off at night, that was pathetic experience.

The service was not good at all as they charged me more than they had told me and they kept disturbing me. The room hygiene was also very poor.

Not a single thing

When I booked the room, I specifically requested air conditioning and was told it was included in the price. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I would need to pay extra for an air-conditioned room. Additionally, the AC was switched off from 6 AM to 11 AM, which was during our stay. When I inquired about it, I was told it was due to a breaker issue and was advised not to stay there because it was not worth it.

There was not a single positive thing about the property.

They charged us double the amount listed on Booking for an AC room. Unfortunately they only accepted cash and there was no way to get it back. The rooms were moulded. There were no towels. We had to clean the washrooms ourselves. They closed the AC at night for which we had to pay double.
