Moving into the apartment was a real quest. We notified the owner on the day of arrival, then an hour before, and there was no response. Upon arrival, we had a hard time contacting the owner via WhatsApp . He sent us a vague video of the location of the key box, which was under a fire hydrant. The building was littered with fire hydrants like fleas on a dog. We found the right one about 15 minutes later, and then another stalemate. We had the keys, but no information about the apartment's location, floor, or number. We had to contact the owner again, which was difficult because he didn't read messages in Italian, and we couldn't understand each other when we called. Ultimately, after a long, stressful trip, we finally moved in. Why they didn't send us move-in instructions in advance, I still don't understand. заселение в квартиру целый квест, мы сообщили о прибытии в день заезда, потом за час до прибытия, в ответ тишина. По прибытии на место с трудом связались с хозяином через вот цап, он прислал невнятное видео местонахождения бокса для ключей, под пожарным гидрантом, вокруг дома этих гидрантов как блох на собаке. Минут через 15 нашли нужный, и опять затык, ключи есть, но никакой информации где квартира, этаж, номер. Пришлось опять связываться с хозяином, что непросто, так как сообщения на итальянском он не читал, а при звонке мы не понимали друг друга. В общем потратив кучу нервов после длительного переезда все таки заселились. Почему было не послать инструкцию по заселению заранее я так и не понял.

Hier war die Lage sehr gut. Der Vermieter hat sich sofort gemeldet wegen der schlüsselübergabe kam später noch mal vorbei um uns ein wäscheständer und das Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen zu geben

Hier muss ich leider sagen dass , wir die Ausstattung nicht so vorgefunden haben wie erwartet. Das Besteck war nur begrenzt vorhanden kein großes Messer kein geschirrhandtuch, der wäscheständer musste nachträglich aus einem Zimmer geholt werden und war auch an einer Stelle geklebt, so wie das Bügelbrett was sehr, genommen aus sah. Diese ganze Wohnung müsste mal überholt und renoviert werden. Die Betten waren auch sehr unbequem.

Appartamento grande, posizione centrale. Dispensa molto fornita. Maxi Tv, bel terrazzino, divano e letto comodo. Aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti. Facilità di parcheggio.

Qualche piccola mancanza, come l'assenza di strofinacci da cucina e tazze per la colazione, mancanza del ferro da stiro (che invece nella descrizione era indicato come presente), mancanza di uno stand appendiabiti, c'è solo un armadietto con ripiani ma senza possibilità di appendere nulla.
