Clean comfortable room Host was helpful

57 steps to the room If you're unable or unwilling this is NOT the place for you. I wish this was explained in the booking beforehand. Additionally the ceilings slope making it difficult to stand for most people.

Room itself clean and comfortable. Everything there required. Host came to nearby cafe to pick me up when I couldn’t locate properly

Not named. Impossible to pick up on google maps. Room itself clean and comfortable but entrance 3 floors off putting and dirty plus plus.

The location was good but it wasn't easy to find. We had to talk to the owner on the phone but he didn't speak English well and we made circles around the property trying to find it for 30mins. Finally a local helped us by talking to the host on the phone and getting us there. It was late 23.00 and the host stayed with us on the phone even though we hadn't paid for the room yet. He collected the payment the next day.

The bed and the sheets were not clean. We had to remove the pillow sheets and put on a towel instead since the sheets smelled.

The location was everything! It's right in the middle of beautiful old town of Kotor. Easy to reach everything any time you want. But very safe. There was washing machine in the room which was a huge plus as we were on the beach every day. All necessary toiletries presented.

It was a little bit hard to find the location at first. So better to contact host in advance. Also you need to pay city tax by yourself, as host didn't know exactly what you should do. (Ask him to give you exact address and owner's name)

Only thing i like about property is being inside the old town.

Host was not friendly and kinda rude. I have traveled a lot country and stay at thousands hotel with/without booking.com. I have never seen such hotel. We never felt safe owing to host suspicious behaviour and property was not being operated in professional way. I highly recommend you to not to go that place.
