The beach area

There was a huge construction site next to the hotel which made staying at the hotel during day time and evening unbearable. We checked- in, went to hikkaduwa and came back to the place at night. Not worth the money.

Very friendly staff. Great location right in front of the beach. Great balcony. Comfortable beds. Helped us to organise transfers.

No hot water shower (but not too uncomfortable in the hot climate). Does not serve alcoholic drinks.
