⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Sarti Viewhouse was beyond amazing! The house was perfectly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. What truly made the difference was the warmth and kindness we received — from the heartfelt welcome by the owner’s mother to the thoughtful farewell with gifts and little details that made us feel at home. It wasn’t just accommodation, it was a beautiful experience that became a big part of our unforgettable time in Sarti. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sarti, Greece.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Beautiful house, newly furnished, which looks even better in reality than in the photos. Very well equipped with dishes. The advantage is a large terrace, where you can sit quietly and enjoy breakfast or dinner. A big advantage is peace and quiet, because the house is not right in the village, but you can easily get there, because it is about 5 minutes walk. Great, willing, warm owners, who are always helpful . We had a great vacation and we definitely want to come back :)

Everything was fine

It would be in my self interest to say that it was bad, in order to find a spot to book a new vacation at the BEST property in Halkidiki. But I'm not a liar. So I would like to say that Sarti View House is amazing. Startling, astonishing, stupendous. 1. We had total privacy in Sarti, a very crowded town during the summer. Unfortunately, in Greece, you need to choose between crowded places with access to restaurants, markets, hypermarkets, and other services and places like Vourvourou, where you need to drive 30 minutes in order to buy a bottle of water. Well, in Sarti View House, you have all the benefits of Sarti, but without feeling like a sardine in a can, like all the people downtown. 2. The house is decorated and maintained at Kempinski level, a minimum 4-star hotel. Sure, Kempinski may be better, but there are none in Halkidiki and the price is triple. 3. We found some of the best beaches in the world. Forget about the Maldives or Seychelles. In August, it gets a bit crowded, but you have two perfect beaches exactly near the house, within 10 minutes' walking distance, where there were 20 people per half a mile. The water was great. 4. If you like to cook your own food, the price-benefit ratio is excellent. You have ovens, frying pans, in other words, a kitchen like home. The prices for fresh fish in the local market are around four times cheaper than the ones you get in the taverns. During the crowded season, taverns in Halkidiki are either extremely expensive or cheap and bad. 5. The owner is a truly great person. Some idiots in my country say that Greeks are lazy and like to stall things. Well, Iannis repaired in 4 hours a problem with the water supply, while the rest of Sarti still lived with it for the rest of the week. I've been on many vacations around the world, but I've never seen such a timely fix to a problem. 6. The view on Mouth Athos is amazing. I had probably the best mornings of my life, visually speaking.

The house is as nice as in the pictures and it is superclean. The guest, Giannis, speaks very good English and gave us valuable tips what to visit. The house has an excellent view to Mount Athos from the gate. It is in excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the village but secluded enough. The house is fully equipped, there are 3 tvs which we did not really use as there are plenty more things to do in Sarti. You try renting a boat while there, as Giannis suggested.
