Very large and comfortable apartment. We loved having the use of the kitchen and living room. Very comfortable bed and shower facilities. Our host was a great communicator and met us in person to show us the amenities. We had a very peaceful night here on the Via Francigena

It's a little bit north of the historic old town. Not very far, but just be aware if you are arriving on foot on the VF. It's an easy walk into the historic old town, and there are grocery stores nearby.

The apartment has everything you need, including a washing machine. It was spotless, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We also really appreciated the good coffee in the morning! Sutri is a beautiful town that’s definitely worth visiting when in Italy, and the apartment’s location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk from the gate to the historic center.

L’appartamento è molto spazioso, pulito e ben tenuto, perfetto per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è ottima, ideale per visitare la zona. Un grande grazie a Luisa per la sua disponibilità: è stata gentilissima e ci è persino venuta a prendere alla stazione di Capranica

Il condizionatore era rotto ma per fortuna non ce n’è stato bisogno. Erano in attesa del tecnico che sarebbe arrivato il giorno dopo la ns partenza
