these are incredibly hospitable people who really appreciate their guests. I have never seen such fluffy towels even in Stamba. very cool rooms, there is everything you need and even more for a comfortable stay. in this location there is a gym, restaurant, shop and cafe. Plus the room is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and even a water cooler and coffee machine. I’m happy as an elephant!

Абсолютно все выверено: дизайн, предметы интерьера, удобства, качественные средства гигиены, приятное постельное белье, корректность описания и взаимодействия с хозяином, крутой вид с террасы, на которой можно уютно вечеровать. Одно из лучших мест отдыха в Грузии (из 7 мест на текущий момент)

Независящие от хозяина соседи могут быть шумными

The best accommodation from our trip in Georgia. Stylish, modern, clean and just amazingly beautiful. All the small details were thought through, would recommend 100% (also - can I copy paste bathroom to my own home - I just loved it!)

I think most of the rooms are loft apartments, with basically tilted roof. So if you are tall, just be careful with your head :D Also, there is construction site nearby, so it was a bit hard to find the entrance to the building. But don’t worry, you cant really hear the noise inside the apartment.

Our stay at Apart-In Georgia in Tbilisi was a true lifesaver during the scorching 40°C heat. While the apartment is compact in size, it’s perfectly suited for a solo traveler or a couple — equipped with absolutely everything you might need for a comfortable night’s rest, from a cozy bed and air conditioning to thoughtful little touches that make you feel at home. The interior is tastefully decorated and well thought out, creating a modern yet cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights was the picturesque view from the terrace — the perfect spot to sip a cool drink in the evening and watch the city lights come alive. If you’re looking for a stylish, functional, and blissfully cool refuge in the heart of summer in Tbilisi — with a view worth pausing for — Apart-In Georgia is an excellent choice.

Finding the apartment in a newly built complex could have been tricky, but the detailed video instructions we received in advance made check-in smooth and stress-free. Parking is a bit of a matter of luck, but we were fortunate to find a spot nearby.
