Hotel staff were nice. Great location.

I paid for a junior suite that was supposed to have a separate bedroom. The room we received was small and did not have a separate bedroom. I feel cheated. I could have booked a smaller room and saved $$$. But i opted for getting bigger room and didnt receive what i paid for.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. This hotel is excellent and situated in a fantastic area. A special thanks to Derya, Betul, Makbus, Can, and Sonai.

I stayed at Taş Otel Alaçatı for seven days, and it was truly a wonderful experience. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast every single morning brought something different, like a surprise waiting for me. The food was always fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. It felt like waking up to a new treat each day, and I genuinely looked forward to it. But what made this stay even more special was the staff. A huge thank you to Betül, Eren, Derya, and Sonay - they were all incredible. Always so kind, warm, and genuinely helpful, and they greeted me every day with a smile. Their energy and attitude created such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, and they made me feel completely at home. A special mention to Sonay, who works the night shift. One night I was very hungry, and he went out of his way to personally prepare something for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I’m so grateful for his kindness. I also want to thank Cihan, the manager, for all his help during the booking process. He made everything smooth and easy, and I really appreciated his support. The hotel itself is very charming. I would give it a solid four stars. It’s small, which I loved, because it offers a sense of privacy and peace. Pool & Garden Escape The peaceful garden and intimate outdoor pool serve as a beautiful oasis after a day of exploring downtown Alaçatı I will definitely be returning in August, and I absolutely recommend Taş Otel Alaçatı to anyone looking for a warm, beautiful, and relaxing place to stay.

I loved my stay at here. The place is full of charm, with a peaceful garden and beautifully designed rooms. Breakfast was delicious and the staff made me feel truly welcome. I’ll definitely come back!

The location is good

The hotel’s potential is wasted by very unprofessional staff. They mixed up customers’ bills and attempted to charge us for drinks we never ordered. When we tried to explain the mistake, they acted like they were doing a favor and offering us a “discount” by saying, “Let’s just make the final price this amount,” rather than correcting the error. I insisted on paying only for what we actually consumed, but they forced us into accepting a higher total. Additionally, the doorman offended my husband by speaking about “how red his skin is and that gives a hint about where he is from” assuming my husband doesn’t understand Turkish. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and not how guests should be treated.

Taş Otel is the most beautiful hotel in Alaçatı. Their is a continual stream of tourists posing for photos outside. It's in the perfect location at the start of the main street. The interior decor, outside area, attentive staff service and breakfasts are all amazing.

Alaçatı is a lively place, and there is plenty of noise from the street outside. That said, this is part of the experience.

The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast AMAZING , the room so cute even when the bathroom is very small, but I can understand because it is the style in a boutique hotel in Alaçati. Outside, the garden is a oasis in the middle of the “ chaos” because the location is perfect but in the middle of the noise haha but close to everything, restaurants, shops, everything.

The noise in general, inside of the hotel from other rooms I can hear the conversation of the other paxs, and outside there is a construction and was really annoying for get a good rest. The other thing I think is not good is the reception is not 24 hours. I don’t think it is a problem, because is part of the charm of Alaçati, but nobody speak english here 🤭. So be patience because this place is for turkish tourist and I love that.
