Apartment near the water

Das Apartement ist sehr gepflegt und extrem sauber. Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet und alles wirkt gut organisiert.

Die Besitzer wohnen in der selben Immobilie und man hat das Gefühl, dass sie absolut keinen Kontakt mit den Gästen haben wollen. Sie gehen am ebenerdigen Fenster vorbei und drehen jedesmal den Kopf weg, um nicht Grüßen zu müssen. Diesen Eindruck hatten wir. Man wird mit Verboten empfangen, dies ist aus psychologischer Sicht weniger gut. Man muss die Schuhe ausziehen, wenn man das Apartement betritt, man darf nicht im Innenhof parken und man soll keine Speisen kochen, die eine Geruchsbelästigung darstellen. Wir haben dafür Verständnis, allerdings wäre es vielleicht besser, Gäste mit positiven Dingen zu empfangen. Die Wohnung ist zwar neben dem Wasser, aber hier hat man kilometerlang keinen Zugang zum Wasser, da alles privat verbaut ist. Der Duschvorhang ist unangenehm und klebt am Körper.

It was really lovely, peaceful and the hosts were very welcoming and they also respect your privacy.

Im a light sleeper and the noise from the walking in the house above was a little disturbing, but thats just becuase im not used to it.

The apartment provides all mod cons. The location is very handy but you do need a car to get around. The communication with the host was timely and detailed.

Maybe more choice with digital TV channels?

Lovely clean,comfortable accommodation in a good location.

It wasn't a problem for us, but being ground floor, some people may not like the slight noise of movement from the upstairs dwelling.
