Apartment near the water

The bed was very comfortable the bathroom was good plenty of hot water

Nook near the water - [ ] Is infact no where near the water, it is however in a possible tsunami or flood risk area but not on the water front, nor can you even see the water from property or from the garden. The estuary is a good ways down the road. - [ ] Although well appointed the apartment is dark with a view of a hedge and the neighbouring property, made worse by the dark grey decor, cave like on a dull day. - [ ] The ants in the kitchen at night all over the counter top and under the microwave and some in the living room are very off putting, there is no fitted hob or oven only a portable two ring electric hob. Having found the insect spray under the sink when we were leaving, I’m guessing it is known there is an issue with ants. It would have been nice to have been warned before putting the food shopping on the kitchen counter. - [ ] Needless to say we did not cook at the property having to park the car on the road in a storm and paddle through the flooded driveway was not ideal

I loved the location because it was a quiet street. The interior was all nice and very clean. Bed was great. Kitchen had all the kinds of pots and pans, etc. that we needed.

We had a bit of a problem with ants. I suspect spraying for pests was due.

Nice independent flat with all the amenities I needed.

All was ok for me

With mobility issues having to park on the street and a relatively steep drive were the only disadvantage

Beautiful, clean apartment. I felt comfortable.

The Appartment could do with a separate bed. My fried and I did not feel comfortable sleeping together in a double bed. Using one cover. She slept instead on the sofa.

Its location and very quiet neighbourhood

Convenient to our travels

No air conditioning. No parking on the premises. Never saw the owners.
