Kazbegi Hotel Grand View

The hotel was in an amazing location and very clean. The family running it are very sweet and hardworking. It doesn't have air conditioning, but that isn't an issue since the weather in the mountains is cold at night anyway. Breakfast was okay if you don't mind little choices. If you love having a plentiful feast, then you might not like it. Best thing it had a bidet :D

This is a charming family-run hotel, high up in Stepantsminda, away from the main road, with exceptional views. It has only been open since December 2023, so everything feels modern and new. The bedrooms and communal areas feel spacious.

Nothing really. The hotel offered everything that we were after. We wanted to be high up away from the main road, so that we had a bit of peace and quiet and amazing views. There are a a couple of restaurants within a short walk.

5 stars for each and every point. Kudos to Mari and Caty, they really go extra mile to help you and to provide services. Definitely going to this hotel in my next trip.

This is a brand new place with fantastic picturesque view from any room actually And amazing staff It’s a family owned place and the mother was cooking us home made breakfast every day Felt so cozy They were helpful with literally everything Amazing and nice Would love to come back again

The hotel was new and for the most part attractive and the view from the room of mount Kazbegi was breathtaking absolutely wonderful! Ditto for the view of the Gergeti church, though of course much smaller cuz so far away. Having a balcony was a real plus. The breakfast was wonderful and the woman and her daughter were very charming though they spoke no English. The hotel was very clean.

The property had such eccentricities. For instance there was very little toilet tissue and no extra when we ran out. There wasn’t even any in the shared public bathroom downstairs. It was almost as if it hadn’t been ordered. There were no extra pillows or blankets in the room. There was no information about check in or out times, no breakfast times. To get the WiFi password I had to look for the very nice woman and then she told it to me. Also anyone staying there should know it is quite an uphill walk from Kazbegi.
