Nusa Penida Yurt

Todo, la originalidad del hospedaje, la amabilidad y comprensión que tuvieron con nosotros al llegar, la cercanía al puerto, la habitación impoluta y sobretodo la comida que sirven, la mejor de toda la isla, nosotros no teníamos moto ya que al ir con niños me suponía un peligro y nosotros tuvimos que quedar allí a cenar y fue todo un acierto.

Lugar increíble. Muy limpio y una atención por parte de Francis de 10. Es un súper cocinero, como el alojamiento, si no tienes transporte está un poco apartado será un acierto si cenas allí. Es tener un chef francés para ti. Superó todas nuestras expectativas. Volvería.

I had a very unpleasant experience staying at Nusa Penida Yurt (25–27 August 2025). I booked and paid through Booking.com two weeks in advance and even updated my arrival time regularly on the platform (stating clearly that I would arrive between 8–9pm). When I arrived, the reception was completely dark and unattended. After waiting, I checked their whiteboard and saw my booking and room number listed, so I thought everything was fine. However, when the owner (Francis) finally arrived, he shockingly informed me that he had canceled my booking and asked me to leave the premises—just because I arrived after 7pm. This was absurd, especially since I had updated my arrival time through Booking.com. It was already 8pm, my friends and I were exhausted after a full day of exploring Nusa Penida, and suddenly being told to leave was unacceptable. I refused to go until he refunded my payment. After almost 40 minutes of arguing, he finally agreed to let us stay, admitting there was a communication issue between him and Booking.com. This entire experience was stressful, unpleasant, and completely unnecessary. Poor management and lack of communication on their side ruined the first night of our trip. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The property is very nice and the host is very welcoming and helpful. We used both the breakfast service and the restaurant, and we were very satisfied. A means of transport is necessary to get around (we used a driver who accompanied us for the two days).

La capas son grandes, espacios y cómodas. Tienen aire acondicionado y baño propio. Franz cuida que sus clientes estén a gusto. Las cenas son deliciosas con gran variedad de platos para elegir. El destino muy bueno también. Estuvimos 3 noches muy a gusto

Tutto, il soggiorno, i servizi, la colazione e cena ottima. Il proprietario Francis (che ringraziamo ancora) simpaticissimo e disponibilissimo ci ha aiutato vari volte con taxi ed escursioni. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Considerato il tipo di alloggio (una tenda ma di lusso), straconsigliato, nulla da invidiare ad una camera di hotel.
