CAIt is a beautiful building. Comfortable bed, good shower. Limited views of city, but good views of ruins. Hosts are very accommodating Ollantaytambo is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Machu Picchu!
It is a bit of a walk uphill for carrying luggage, and no vehicular traffic there

AUAUNice boutique hotel located in the old town. 10 min walk from the main square. Enjoyed our stay - only comment would be that the cockerel next door starts up at about 4am every morning so not great for light sleepers.

USUSThe location is 7 blocks from the plaza. With no vehicle access, you must walk your luggage the entire distance. I booked this location thinking it would be away from the main street and quiet. However, the neighbor has roosters and plays the radio loud outside early in the morning. The room we were given has a small bathroom with not enough room to sit on the toilet. I am 5'6" and had to sit at an angle otherwise my knees would be blocked by the wall. After conplaing, they switched our room to a different room with a better sized bathroom. The breakfast was not interesting yet it is very standard for the area. While other reviews of this bnb tout a nice/delicious breakfast, I would not say it is great. The sheets were itchy like sandpaper. They probably need to be replaced.
CAVery peaceful, comfortable beds with a beautiful view of the cliffs and a nice rooftop. Great staff so friendly and helpful and delicious breakfasts!!
