Good beach resort

Property is old and not that well maintained. The shower was broken in the bathroom for which I was surprised that it’s in such a condition considering the amount of money they charged

The location is serene, beautiful sunrise walks on the beach, the lovely property with calming architecture.

The food is below average for such a wonderful property. I remember ordering cheesecake and all I got was mousse. The chinese noodles, the beef skewer all were not up to the mark. Their breakfast buffet has a wide spread and is passable. Their danishes are dry.

Went over to Le Pondy with friends and family to celebrate my wife's birthday. Right from Checkin to checkout, the whole experience was excellent. Special mention of Bipin and his team at the restaurant and Abraham and his team at checkin. Housekeeping was also very efficient. Food was tasty and the services overall was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the 2 days we stayed in the property.

The time from ordering to delivering at the room for room service can be a bit more faster. Also the property is to look into training of its restaurant and housekeeping staff, they appear that they need some training

Room size, basic needs not available, food could be better, restaurant service to improve, too much mosquitoes, room tariff very high.

Clamness

Better facilities in room- mirror in the room is spoiled and not useful . Expecting toiletries (shaving kit) ear bud.. in room. Unfortunately the location of this place is not helpful for guests to go out and buy

Average food. 5 star prices, 2 star quality food. Breakfast spread had limited choices. Patchy wifi. No speed. No consistent connection. Beds and linens showing its age. Shower could have been better. Small TV. Better lighting required for the bathroom.
