Great location. Staff were lovely and picked us up from port.

The first night of our stay was fine with no issues. However, on the second night we found bugs under our pillows that looked similar to head lice. We were extremely scared and had no choice but to stay in the room, as the island was fully booked. To try to protect ourselves, we ended up sleeping in shower caps. We immediately informed staff, who changed the sheets and cleaned the room for a while. At the time, it felt like they were not fully honest about the situation, as they did not mention that there were insects under the mattress. On the final night, we lifted the mattress ourselves and were disgusted by the amount of insects underneath. After seeing that the bugs had returned, we contacted staff again. Only then were we offered a room change, but by that point it was already around 10:30 pm and we had already slept multiple nights in that room. Despite the seriousness of the issue, we were not offered any compensation or meaningful apology. Additionally, the breakfast provided was very poor and did not meet expectations. Overall, the lack of hygiene, transparency, and proper resolution made this a very uncomfortable, frightening, and disappointing stay.

Крутой отзывчивый персонал, великолепное расположение, в номерах всё чисто, за территорией тоже следят. В номере есть всё необходимое.

Плохо работает интернет, но это в целом проблема всего острова, как я понимаю.
