Nice place for short stay, room and toilet were clean. Breakfast was good served by Kavitra she is such a nice lady she did her best to serve us a breakfast.

Beds should have net curtains

The staff were wonderful.

The room was a little damp.

Ranjith, de receptionist was uiterst behulpzaam. Hij was zeer gastvrij! Had veel kennis van de omgeving . Ontbijt was heerlijk en Ranjith verzorgde zelfs een lekker ontbijtje om mee te nemen in de trein . Heel breed bed , we raakten elkaar bijna kwijt 😃

Ranjith was of excellent help to us. Whenever we had a problem he was always there to help us. When we moved rooms he moved all of our stuff and whenever we had a request he always completed and did it quickly. He was also very friendly to us. Would recommend staying here, the staff were beyond friendly.

The hotel is situated near the center of Nuwara eliya. The room had a beautiful view over the mountains, was very clean and had a big bathroom. Breakfast was very good (a lot of things such as fruits, eggs, yoghurt, cake,...). Kavithra (staff) was very friendly and helpful. We liked our stay at The Ramp very much.

Fantastic hotel with a beautiful room view. The room was clean and comfortable, and the washroom was excellent. The breakfast was good with a nice selection. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is convenient, close to the town, making it easy to get around.

TV is not work, Children are expecting it. please add some extra pillows to the bed.

Todo estaba impecable y preparado. Ranjith fue super amable y atento en todo lo que necesitamos. Lo recomiendo 100%. Es un lugar agradable y cuidado en cada detalle. La ducha perfecta, la cama comodisima y el desayuno contundente y muy variado.
