10/10 Stay - The property has a great view & location: Next to 4 malls, 7/11s and GS25s, DDP, 2 min walk to train station, market places, restaurants, and mom & pops places. Additionally, it came with great amenities such as your basic necessities, outlet adapters, slippers, electric kettle, and hair masks. This goes to show how thoughtful the property owner is! The stay was very clean and the beds were spacious as well. The room came with simple and understanding instructions about how to use the technology for first-time visitors. Furthermore, the place is close to great attraction spots: Myeongdong, Ikseon-dong, Seong-su, and Gangnam (Hongdae is about 25 min, the rest are 10-15 min). I highly recommend for any tourist to stay at this property. Previous reviews may have stated issues with the technology, but I think they just needed to turn off the floor/water heater so it doesn’t cancel out the A/C unit.

The location is great—close to central Seoul with excellent access to the airport. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. The host was very responsive via chat and kindly accommodated my early check-in. Thank you for making my trip so comfortable!

Conveniently located with train station very close by and plenty of restaurants, street food and shopping nearby.

The bed badly needs a change, it is so flat that I can feel the pocket springs. Doona covers are old and grubby and also very flat. It’s airbnb style and not a hotel,therefore no reception. If you need arrive earlier than check in ( which is unusually late at 5 pm)or have to depart later (check out is 11 am),you will not have any place to hold your luggage. Best thing is to take it to the coffee house located at the second floor and kill time there looking after your bags..

Het appartement was knus ingericht en alles was schoon. Dit was onze tweede keer in dit appartement, waardoor alles al vertrouwd voor ons voelde. De locatie is zeer centraal en goed bereikbaar, met alles wat je nodig hebt binnen handbereik. Er zijn veel gezellige cafés en restaurants in de buurt, evenals winkelcentra en goede openbaar-vervoersverbindingen. De locatie was perfect. Het appartement was compact maar compleet uitgerust met alles wat we nodig hadden. Daarnaast was het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat het verblijf extra prettig maakte.
