Great central location. Everything you need for a comfortable city break. Good communication with the owner. Flexible with check in time

Everything was good. Minor issue with hot water running out one afternoon which stopped us from showering until the evening. Being in a central location there is early morning noise from refuse collection but this didn’t spoil our enjoyment of this comfortable and practical accommodation.

An amazing place! The flat was so well equipped, everything there for a very comfortable stay. Central position in Edinburgh for catching buses/trams. Early check in was very much appreciated. Host very attentive.

The host was very responsive; location is within short walking distance to the train station. The apartment was as described. A book of instructions was provided for where to find things. Very clean and comfortable!

It was a little hard to find the door to the apartment, but local shop owners were very helpful! Sleeping on the pullout couch was comfortable, but the trash is picked up daily starting around 4 am and it is very loud from the front room; a lot quieter from the bedroom.

The location was perfect ,restaurants, pubs ,train station were all shot walk away nice surprise with it being our anniversary we were left flowers 🌺 and also given a complimentary extra hour on leaving the property so nice 😊

The fridge was in the cupboard next to the cleaning materials and ironing board could partitioned it off

Comfortable. Close to good eateries and Princess St. close to the Royal mile. Near tram to airport and the tram to the Brittania at Leith, which was a great thing to see.

This is quite a common but unnecessary thing. Too many cushions and bedding etc. Limited hanging space in bathroom for 2 towels. We travel a bit and just need a functional space to be able to have access to our suitcases.

Not easy to find, even with directions. Try putting a pic of the door. Noise from delivery trucks at The Standing Order pub at 7am. Secondary glazing doesn't filter any noise. Overlooking dingy street. Noisy smokers. See pic. Having to move all the bedding out the wardrobe to hang clothes. Couldn't use drawer either. See pic. No storage in shower room. No instructions for the bidet attachment on toilet. Got soaked trying to find out what it was! Nothing telling you to pull the chord on the extractor fan. We thought it was already on as there was a humming noise. Oversized bedside lights. Had to put on floor to use plinth. See pic. Cheaply decorated. Mould on silicone in shower and on floor by towel rad. Sticky spill on kitchen floor from previous guests. Sticky floor.

Had everything we need, lovely flat with a great location.

Nothing was a great stay.

The apartment had everything we needed. It was cleaned and comfortable.

On a daily basis (approximately at 2AM) there was a truck recycling glass bottles. The amount of noise was unbearable. Even though the street location is good, the back alley is extremely loud.

The location is close to all the sites everything is walkable. The communication was very fast with the property owner. We didn't use the kitchen, we were out all day and would come back late. The only negative is the delivery trucks arrive at 5 AM because there is a restaurant next door that receives delivers at that time and continues till 9:00 am. We didn't get much sleep.
