Al Rawnaq Studio

This is an oasis with great location if you’re about to explore Al Hamra, Misfah, Jebel Shams and its surroundings. Clean and spacious, sort of like visiting a friends place. Keybox means you don’t have to rush before reception closes. Marita is helpful and super friendly, in case you need help with 4wd driving or looking for a guide, she’ll sort that out for you.

The apartment is super cute and perfectly curated. It’s conveniently located for anyone who wants to explore the area and on top of that Marita and Waleed are some of the nicest and most helpful people you’ll ever meet. We did several activities with them and they were all super fun! Highly recommended, it will elevate your Omani experience!

The studio was perfect with everything we needed, clean and very nicely furnished. Overall we had a great stay and regreted we couldnt stay more nights.

I loved everything! The apartment is spotless and very comfortable. It has a small kitchen area (kettle, microwave), a living room area and a big comfortable bed. Marita the owner is lovely and helped us with advice on restaurants, sights and where to park at sights. There are restaurants and grocery stores close by. Al Hamra is a perfect base to visit Jebel Shams, Nizwa, Bahla Fort and Misfat al Abriyeen. The apartment is very easy to find with Marita's instructions. I HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Not a criticism but you would need a rental car to stay here and be able to get around. The wifi can be slow at times but not a big deal at all.

Everything was perfect. Marita was an exceptional host. Cosy and beautiful studio with nice views and sunsets. Many activities to choose from. Supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.
