Very comfortable, amazing clean, friendly and helpful stuff

Sonia's hospitality was incredible, cannot fault her and the staff. A fantastic set up with the breakfast facilities and being able to try the local delicacies as well as your typical breakfast items. Our room was stunning, lovely decor, warm and a very comfortable bed. Slept really well. Check in very easy too. Location is amazing, a few minutes into the city centre on foot. Cannot fault this place and would love to stay here again!

The owner and staff were amazing! Incredibly friendly and accommodating! Nice breakfast every morning including coffee/tea, hard boiled eggs, pastries, juice, toast, etc. (continental style) Location was amazing and right in the heart of all the action. Felt very safe at this location and in the city overall. It is quite loud in the room when you keep windows open but as soon as you close them, voila, quiet. I am a sensitive sleeper and had absolutely no issues with the outside noise. There are literally restaurants across, down the street, etc. so no problem finding somewhere to eat. There is an fantastic coffee shop 2 doors down to the right (on the corner) with great pastries, to-go sandwiches, coffee, etc. They open early and stay open decently late so you always have a fall back if needed. This location is walking distance to all the sites and action. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to friends. If in Bologna (which is an amazing city I must say) stay at Casa Nina Bologna Centro!

Fantastic location- decent and clean facilities, amazing host Sonja was absolutely amazing and had a guide and map all ready for us, welcomed us. Breakfast was delicious and she proposer restaurants and bars. We followed her suggestions and I would absolutely return. The room was clean, the bathroom with rain shower and the bed was comfortable.

Everything was fine, not much to say. It was slightly cold because it rained all weekend, but Sonja was very responsive and turned up the central heating.

The breakfast was amazing. As an added bonus, the hostess who looked after everyone at breakfast is a Bologna native and was very helpful in answering all our questions about the city, telling us the best way to get around and, most importantly, making us feel at home.

Fransesca, the hostess, was incredible even through messages. Really friendly, always smiling and ready to help in every requirement. The apartment was very centrally located, like 3minutes walk from the Piazza Maggiore. You couldn't ask for something more. The room itself was really comfortable and so was the bed. Also, there was coffee (espresso, capuccino, americano) or tea available throughout the whole day, that was really nice and thoughtful. Overall, it was great for a night that we spent there.

When the common area (where breakfast was served or visitors were welcomed) had people around, it was a bit noisy. Nothing major, but still noisy. Also, the breakfast wasn't something special. We wouldn't mind skip it.
