Our Beach Escape

Comfortable and convenient especially since it's ground floor

All was good except the tub was rusted

The unit itself was suitable for our type of trip.

Upon arrival, there were 3 police cruisers there. Later there was someone of unsavory aesthetic on the curb with all their belongings. The place is populated with umm, let's just say not vacationers. The first night there were a couple different incidents on the property, one maniac screaming in the parking lot and also sirens on the property. Not sure it if was related. One of the TVs didn't work properly. There is no ventilation in the bathroom so it's like a sauna and there is no mixing valve on the shower so it's nearly impossible to control the temp. The shower doesn't drain properly and the head is at about 5'6". There were cleanliness issues like hair on the murphy bed and bathroom wasn't up to par. If I was with my wife rather than my son, we'd have moved elsewhere.

The property was right on the beach which was beautiful.

We had no hot water, cable tv or internet. Only half a burner worked on the stove top it was very difficult to cook.

We enjoyed our stay, the only thing that we had a problem with was one of the door's batteries was died and it would unlock and we had to take the back off the toilet every time we flushed it so the water would fill back up, but other than that it was a great mini vacation.

I didn't care too much for the parking. It was a little tight.

Everything was great. Easy access to the beach, and lots of space for my family.

The room was very home. It was quiet. Very comfortable. Close to everything.

No complaints at all.
