"Soggiorno molto gradevole, proprietario disponibile e simpatico"

Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Casa molto spaziosa e grande. Giardino esterno con tavolino utilizzabile. Abbiamo pernottato in 5 in occasione di una competizione di robotica e il proprietario è stato disponibilissimo ad accontentare varie nostre richieste burocratiche e non. Le chiavi dell'alloggio ci sono state consegnate direttamente dal proprietario dopo averlo avvisato del nostro arrivo con 20-30 minuti di anticipo. Tornerei molto volentieri nell'appartamento un altra volta. Soggiorno molto gradevole. C'era anche un discreto scorcio sul golfo di La Spezia da godersi la mattina presto.

Bagno piccolo e un po' datato. La posizione dell'appartamento è particolare, si trova sull'interno di un tornante (vedi google maps). Però non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di parcheggio nonostante ci muovessimo con 2-3 macchine ogni volta.
