An absolutely stunning property. There is absolutely everything you need for a perfect getaway. Conveniently located for local restaurants and the town is merely a short drive. It is impossible to find fault with the property or the amazing owner who simply can’t do enough for you.

It’s expensive but, as they say, you get what you pay for and you’re paying for first class.

Det var et super flot hus, og der var alt, hvad vi havde brug for. Lækker pool, køkkengrej og de fedeste fat boys sækkestole til poolen. Det var rent og udlejeren gjorde meget, for at vi skulle føle os godt tilpas. Han var meget gæstfri og hjælpsom. Ved ankomsten var der sørget for nogle lækre delikatesser, hvilket faldt på et tørt sted, efter en lang rejsedag. Kan kun anbefale dette sted

Virkelig skønt hus - alt var så fint og rent. Der er alt hvad man har brug for. 2 minutters gang til stranden. Meget få turister i området. Stille og roligt sted. Stort supermarked ca. 7 minutter fra huset i bil. Meget venlig og hjælpsom vært. Vi blev taget så godt imod. De allerbedste anbefalinger.

Beautiful and modern House with a big salt water Pool and a nice barbecue/chill lounge. The owner was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. When we arrived the owners wife already bought some goods for us and there even were some cold beers in the fridge. Furthermore we had everything for the daily househould, even umbrellas for the beach. Every few days the owner came to check, that everything was fine and working. He gave us some tips for nice beaches and restaurants and his wife even made us an apple pie, which was insane. We can only recommend the owners and the house, our stay was perfect.

A lovely place to stay, highly recommended! We were warmly welcomed and had a truly wonderful and relaxing time at this house. Everything was clean, beautifully furnished, and very cozy, we felt right at home and were completely satisfied. The house offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all in excellent and well-maintained condition. Toiletries were provided, and the kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, storage containers, and even some food and drink items to get us started. The pool was fantastic, perfect for relaxing, and the beach is just a five-minute walk away. Restaurants and cafés are also only a short walk from the house. Heraklion is only a 50-minute drive away, a good distance for a day trip, sightseeing or shopping. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. We would definitely love to come back! Great location, great house, absolutely nothing to complain about.

Lovingly renovated house with a beautiful garden (vine arbour, lemon-, orange- and pomegranate-trees). Very well maintained (inside and outside) with a lot of equipment and all comfort. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Each room is separately air-conditioned. An outdoor kitchen offers a very cosy place to cook and eat together. The hosts are very friendly and surprised us with special treats. On request, we were also given some "insider tips" for excursions, which were great for us. The host was available at all times and regularly came to clean the pool (announced his presence and asked for an OK to drop by). The location is great - less than 150 metres to the sea and the coastal promenade, yet very quiet. An automatic gate makes it easy to park on the property (hand transmitter was given to us with the house keys). We were very happy to have found this gem, it contributed greatly to our relaxation to be accommodated so well.

Home away from home - We liked everything and had a quiet and very relaxing holiday! We recommend it for anyone who is looking for a gateway from busy and crowded cities. The hosts are very kind and supportive with anything needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They surprised us one evening with a delicious apple pie! Avli villa is brand new, wonderfully arranged and fully equipped with WiFi, air-conditioning in all the rooms and can host 6 people with feeling crowded. The master bedroom on the north side has its own bathroom with shower and the other 2 bedrooms on the south side with the second big bathroom with shower. A huge living room with two large couches for relaxation on TV and a fully modern equipped kitchen with a nice dining table. The yard is very well compartmented with 2 car parking lots, lawn areas, vineyard, orange and lemon trees, a huge, amazing saltwater pool, and a beautiful patio where you can enjoy the morning coffee and the outdoor couches or a good barbecue during lunch or dinner. The crystal-clear sea is 1-2 min walk with blue flag sandy beach and tavernas on the seaside. The surrounding area is quiet and green, 200 m from the main road. The nearest town with market Timbaki is 2 min by car or 15min by car - Agia Gallini or Matala and 1 hour drive to Ieraklion or Rethymno.
