The place is very clean and have everything we need .

The place has everything we need to use. The place isn't too far from the airport or the city center. It's clean given it's fairly new from what I heard. The owner is friendly and helpful. The rates are very affordable, too. All in all, we love it.

The only minor inconvenience is that because the map hasn't been updated in the e-hailing system, it's hard for them to find and enter the place. So it's a little inconvenient if you don't have your own car and you want to move around. Hopefully it'll be fixed in the near future.
