"It turned out very nice."

There was no breakfast included. The location was fine. We didn't have any problems.

We didn't realize we had to pay the rental fee in cash. This needs to be stated UPFRONT on the Bookings.com website that the host does not accept credit card, but CASH only. This wasn't identified until AFTER we had already made the reservation. SO PLEASE make this known UPFRONT, BEFORE the person makes the reservation.

Location is good and it is very quiet.

Small leak on bathroom floor kept emanating from the stand-up shower and parking under the covered parking inside the compound can be challenging and may require practice.

"Maybe our standards are higher than most but I think most people will want a clean house and washroom. Basic stuff"

Very central, although one taxi driver said to stay inside after dark and lock up, that scared us.

There were many things that needed immediate attention. The washrooms was dirty needs a good cleaning. The shower did not drain properly. One of the toilet did not flush and the couch was dirty. The window coverings in the bedrooms are sheer in the middle and solid on both sides. There was no way to block anyone from looking in.
