Die Lage war unübertrefflich - vom Pool auf den Kanal schauen - herrlich - die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir hatten bei Ankunft einige Sachen zu klären - alles tadellos. Er bemühte sich wirklich sehr, hatte für alles eine Lösung und war immer erreichbar. TOP :)

Die Unordnung und das Sammelsurium in den Küchenschränken wäre sehr verbesserungswürdig. Ebenso würden wir eine Kurzanleitung für verschiedene Geräte wie z.B. Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine etc. empfehlen.

Die Lage war sehr gut das Haus hat auch äußerlich viel her gemacht

Es waren 2 Garagen Stellplätze vorhanden nur war die Garage sehr voll geräumt. Der Pool und Außenbereich war sehr sauber nur die Küche draußen war sehr alt und nicht benutzbar der Grill war zwar vorhanden aber nicht wirklich funktionsfähig. Im Haus war alles soweit vorhanden nur musste das Besteck und das Geschirr vor Benutzung nochmal gewachsen werden weil alles klebte die Schränke sind mit viel Krams voll geräumt alle Lichter gingen nicht aber ansonsten war alles ok soweit
