To mój czwarty hotel na Malediwach i Joy Island oceniam najwyżej.

Joy Island lives up to its name - it is certainly a joy to visit! Our spacious and clean villa was a few meters from the beach. Beach was clean and the waters were crystal clear. We saw lots of fish and tiny crabs. We actually were content snorkelling there so didn’t we do the snorkelling tour. You can book lots of activities, or be like us, and just relax and do nothing. Staff were warm and friendly. Shoutout to our host, Naseem, who was incredibly lovely and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and always did so with a smile on his face. Airport and transfer boat crew were all wonderful. Our group was arriving on different flights and they organised our transfers without any issues. The welcome and farewell on the island was a nice gesture. All inclusive food is buffet style and is plentiful and tasty. There was plenty of variety - Indian, Italian, Maldivian (every Thursday) etc. There are also vegetarian options so you won’t go hungry. We all had a relaxing time and would love to go back.

Soggiorno meraviglioso in un resort che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Essendo la nostra prima esperienza alle Maldive, siamo rimasti colpiti fin dall’arrivo dalla calorosa accoglienza e dalla bellezza del contesto naturale, con una spiaggia davvero spettacolare. La villa era accogliente, pulita e confortevole, perfetta per vivere la vacanza in totale relax. Anche il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il cibo è risultato molto buono e di qualità. Un ringraziamento speciale a Gracia e Niha, sempre sorridenti e attente nell’accoglienza al ristorante, capaci di farci sentire ogni giorno benvenuti. Grazie anche a Chicca per la sua grande disponibilità e presenza, soprattutto quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema, gestito con professionalità e attenzione. Un’esperienza indimenticabile che consigliamo vivamente.

Come unico piccolo aspetto migliorabile, segnaliamo che il referente assegnato non è stato sempre molto presente e alcune attività ed eventi del resort non ci sono stati comunicati tempestivamente, venendo scoperti casualmente durante il soggiorno. Nulla di grave, ma una comunicazione più puntuale renderebbe l’esperienza ancora migliore.

Desidero innanzitutto ringraziare Aani e Gracia per la costante attenzione e la cura con cui ci hanno seguiti durante il soggiorno. L’intero staff si è distinto per gentilezza, disponibilità e sorrisi sinceri, contribuendo a farci sentire sempre a nostro agio. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la cucina del Market, varia e di ottima qualità. Io e mia moglie siamo stati davvero pienamente soddisfatti della vacanza. La villa in laguna sul versante dell’alba regala un panorama straordinario: trascorrere una settimana accompagnati soltanto dal suono dell’oceano è un’esperienza difficile da dimenticare. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Adam e soprattutto a Shams del centro diving per la pazienza e la professionalità dimostrate, nonostante la nostra inesperienza. Concludo dicendo solo: a presto! First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Aani and Gracia for their constant attention and genuine care throughout our stay. The entire team stood out for kindness, helpfulness, and warm smiles, always making us feel comfortable. We also truly appreciated the food at the Market restaurant: a great variety of options and excellent quality. My wife and I were fully satisfied with our vacation. Our sunrise-side lagoon villa offered a stunning view, and spending a week accompanied only by the sound of the ocean is an unforgettable experience. A special thank you to Adam and especially Shams at the diving center for their professionalism and patience, despite our lack of experience. All we can say is: see you again soon!
