La casa è nuova, con tutto il necessario, accogliente e funzionale. Ciò che però ti resterà nel cuore sono gli adorabili Stavros e Maritzia (non credo di aver scritto giusto), ci hanno coccolati con le delizie del loro orto (pomodori ed uva), marmellata fatta in casa, frittelle e vino locale (ottimo) lasciato in fresco. Ho avuto bisogno di un asciugacapelli e la cara e dolce Maritzia è corsa a portarmelo. Letto comodissimo e bellissimo patio. Potevamo cogliere le verdure dell'orto e bere un pó di vino con vista sul mare ed il rosso tramonto. Ciò che contraddistingue questa struttura è la famiglia Greca, quella che se ci penso ho le lacrime agli occhi. Grazie Chiara & Paolo

Nos ha gustado todo. Ha sido una buenísima decisión alojarnos aquí. La ubicación está genial para poder llegar a todos los puntos de la isla. Nos han tratado muy bien!! Estamos muy agradecidos. La casa está completamente nueva. Desayunar y cenar en la terraza ha sido una gran experiencia.

Mr Stavros was so welcoming and generous, he complimented us with peaches from his own garden and home made delicious marmalade. The place was spotless clean and also very practical. The view was spectacular. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Definately recommended!

hosts left a platter out for us, which is impressive, they were really nice and usually responded quick, good english speaking too, bed was insanely comfy, bathroom was modern, house had a great sea view of the agean sea, felt really modern but rustic with the nice wood ceiling, not ages away from any big town but taxis are $$$$$$ expensive. 👏👏👏

house was in a ghost town, wifi coverage wasn’t great, kitchen was nice and big, but had minimal cooking equipment such as no tongs or wooden spoons, we found out that at night people can actually see through the main curtain/ blinds if the lights are on inside the room, i realised it when i was getting some fresh air outside at night, but nothing a spare sheet over the curtain/ blind can’t fix.

The house offers you everything you need for a vacation😍. It is very peaceful seaside house with an amazing view , located very close to the beaches around and 10 minutes drive to Kokkari. You can swim whenever you want🥰Newly decorated , very clean house with its hidden gem like comfy bed, outside area, little vegetable-fruit garden next to it, amazing sunset, gifted wine etc. We loved the relaxed energy of the house💜The house owners who welcomes you with the grapes and peach marmalede from their garden , are very kind, positive and helpful as well☺️We would definitely like to come again, thank you🙏🏻

Gorgeous, brand new appartement with lovely owners. They brought us fresh fruit every day and made sure on every level that our stay was perfect. We could always ask for advice about activities on the island. As for the appartement, it was well-situated on the northern side of the island (which in our opinion was the more beautiful, less-crowded side of the island). The beds were really comfortable, the appartement was super clean, and the cleaning service was great. We loved our stay and would 1000% percent recommend it to anyone considering going to Samos. This is a absolute gem!
