Fabulous garden and location in general. helpful friendly host.

The sofa-bed was tricky to change over and not comfortable to sleep on. We would probably return had we been a few years younger!

We loved EVERYTHING!! The hosts really make it extra special and are the most welcoming people we have ever met. The attention to detail and the decor of the Annexe are perfect! The peace and tranquillity you feel whilst there is like nothing you have ever felt before. We loved the privacy we had and the beautiful woodlands that felt more like a vineyard due to the care and attention that had been put into it. We loved Doris and Daphne, too! Everything was just perfect, and we can't wait to come back and see Julie and Lyndon again. Just perfect!

Everything was amazing! The annexe itself is so cosy and comfortable, it has everything you need both for a short or longer stay. The sofa bed is very comfortable and we had no issues assembling it. The gardens are wonderful, it’s so peaceful and our dogs loved it. Would highly recommend to everyone! Hosts are really lovely and welcoming and we were given a full run through of everything when we arrived but we were also able to contact them easily if we had any issues (not that we did!).

Nothing to dislike… other than that we didn’t book for longer! Will definitely return!

It was absolutely amazing for both us and the dog as there were lovely safe walks in the woodland and really secure garden. Really calm, quiet and peaceful.

A hidden gem. Private and secure behind big gates yet with 6 acres of paths in a wooded area to explore and with an additional beautiful private garden. Julie has created a wonderful little hideaway. It even has a full size bath! What did I like this section asked me? Answer: Everything. So peaceful yet so handy for everywhere. I can't recommend it enough - the only problem with that is that I may not get chance to book it again because other people will now discover it!!
