A fost cald, temperatura in incapere a fost de 25 grade Celsius la primire. Acest aspect a generat o prima impresie buna. Toaleta de bun simt. Boiler electric pentru apa calda. Incapere spatioasa, curata, ingrijita cu toate utilitatile posibile.
