Overall, my experience with the one-bedroom apartment was mixed. I encountered issues with cucarachas and a mouse, which was quite unsettling. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was small and inconvenient. However, I must commend the owner for being incredibly kind, responsive, and always ready to help. Their support made dealing with these issues a bit easier.

I chose this location as very near to my friends. It was also close to 69th street which has a good variety of retailers & food outlets, all in walking distance from the property. I was particularly impressed with Maxine the host who was very attentive & accommodating during my stay! She also had great communication & regularly checked up on me which I appreciated. I also appreciated the amenities upon arrival- there was juice/water/ kitchen towels/washing up liquid, so no need to stock up on basics. The apartment itself was also very clean!

My personal experience would have been more comfortable if there was an additional TV located in the bedroom. Sometimes I want to relax without the need to sit in the front room. More natural light would be beneficial too. The property is also on a busy one way street, so if you are being collected/dropped off you need to move quick to avoid driving around the block if there is no parking.
