GBThe property was in a good location and offered the living space and bedrooms that we required
Upon entering the property we noticed there was washing in the washing machine, half used items in the fridge, dirty water in the sink of the downstairs toilet, windows in the lounge were filthy, oven grills dirty, all crockery had to be washed before use, and back garden overgrown, dirty fluff hanging from radiators, creased bed linen - the list could go on. We chose this property based on previous reviews and cannot understand why our stay was so different than others. The owner was advised and they did apologise but of course that didn’t much help the situation of staying in such a dirty house. I’ve never had to write a bad review, but I do feel I need to be honest
