This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Grand Luxe Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of €10 per night from March to October and €4 per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa. A deposit may be required at the property.

We loved the attention to detail, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could ever need, the rooms all had a shower and sink in the room and really was useful when getting ready as no one had to wait their turn to get ready, the villa was spacious and the speakers connecting to Spotify were a nice touch very loud and could even be heard by the pool, the villa was cleaned every few days and fresh towels provided, the host was very friendly and always on hand to help out with any request, the pool was maintained and the jacuzzi was perfect with instructions on how to use etc. We cannot praise this villa enough and we really enjoyed our stay thank you.
