Honestly couldn't recommend this enough amazing!!!

bed comfortable and bathroom clean. No noise and secure room lock. Kitchen available as well as kettle, microwave and fridge. Heating adequate. On bus route.

television not connected to ariel or network. Loose toilet seat and flimsy toilet paper. Also only parking for one car.

Excellent bedroom and really nice house

The room was a decent size and fairly modern it had a comfortable bed to sleep in. It was a fair price for the length of time I stayed.

The front and back garden need some work done to them the back garden would be a nice place to relax if it were not neglected. The bathroom and kitchen, although not dirty, could be modernised. Maybe another washing machine for people to be able to do laundry easier. Not initially made aware of when the rubbish bins are to be collected could be made aware upon receiving details on arrival.

It was right next door to the venue I participated in an workshop .That is why I booked it again as I had been here the year before in August 2023. When I had a question or complain it was immediatly taken care thank you for that!

The common areas like kitchen and bathroom were very dirty. This had not been the case when I stayed here last year. This year 2024 I got the Room Nr. 3 on the upper floor next to the shared bathroom. Unlike the room downstairs I had last year, this room was very small and the windows extremly dirty. The bed was too soft/ very used and not comfortable at all. Unlike the room from last year, this one had an old TV that needed a antenna, but did not realy work. The TV image was very poor. I realy had a nice stay here last year in August 2023, that is why I booked again. But this year, August 24 it all seamed run downhill concerning facilities, rooms. Also there was a lot of litter in the front garden and entrance yard to the main door this year.
