Excellent attentive host. Rooms a bit dated but very clean, spacious and very confortable. Great location. Had very young kids with us who really enjoyed being able to run around and the sheep over the fence

The location was excellent, new host Richie was welcoming, helpful, thoughtful and accommodating. The cottage had everything we needed and was dog friendly. We'll be back!

"Avoid No.2."

The location - Achill is a beautiful island. We have visited Keel many times before. The cottages are well positioned.

This cottage (no.2) was not ready to be used. The beds and duvets were old & musty. Carpets not vacuumed. Mould stains were painted over. Bathroom was not cleaned with obvious dirt/mould even on the hairdryer cord, vents and skirting boards. . Kitchen and fridge were tidy. The cupboards need to be bleached and aired as they smelled musty. Old furniture in the siting room but useable. Spare bed in the siting room - I did not check it's condition. Tv worked. Bed sheets were clean. Keel Holiday cottages have great potential as the location is close to Keel beach & village. Possibly a work in progress. It was not acceptable condition for €200 per night at the end of the summer season.
