Le personnel a été très gentil et accueillant avec nous. Nous avons également aimé la proximité avec les Ghats. Il y avait aussi de l’eau chaude et une literie propre.

L’hôtel était parfois un peu bruyant

The owner is very much Co operative and the staff is also very nice. Hospitality is very good.

Little difficult to find out the route to hotel from main road

Расположен отель близко в Gate но если вы с чемоданами вас такси высадит далеко до нужного места и нужно будет идти пешком или доехать на велорикшах. И потом всеравно от центральной дороги по узким улочкам старого города по не ровной дороге идти с чемоданом пешком. И не заблудиться в поворотах. Отель для Индии хороший, при заселение был немного грязный номер и постельное в пятнах. Но по просьбе постель поменяли и пол подмели. Горячая вода имеется, окно выходило в коридор. Матрас на кровати жёсткий, я такой люблю. Но есть кому-то не нравится. Есть свои плюсы и минусы, на несколько дней хороший вариант для посещения Варанаси.

Ok, I asked water. They denied. I asked as written to provide kettle for hot water. I told it is written to provide tea /coffee, they said by mistake given. My room on open terrace. But provideed ground floor. I already given check in time. But when we reach. Room not cleaned. We have to wait for half hour. .. Very wrost experience. I wanted to live near ghat for more two days. But.... Finally, I checked out next day and search another. I just want what ever you mention please strict to provide

They cancelled our booking without any prior notice , We booked two days back and we informed them on the day of arrival as well , then we got a msg that no rooms are available, Then they gave an alternate option which was at the worst location and it was the worst room.
