The manager man was nice when i called to try to get the reservation refunded due to someone using my phone and making unauthorized transactions..but he then handed the phone to the lady,who wouldn't listen and tried to say that they didnt have the authority to refund and she was very short and rude.

You were charged for everything, people who visited your room. I will not stay there again and I sure won't use booking.com
