Дом мечты, где ваш праздник начинается с самого порога! Максимально комфортный! С чудесным двориком, где цветет камелия и разнообразие растений как в ботаническом саду. С уютной гостиной, которая наверное является филиалом краеведческого музея - столько здесь вложено души, любви и знаменитого грузинского гостеприимства! Чистота, приятный запах, порядок, ковры, освещение, посуда и текстиль выше всяких похвал. Все продумано до мелочей, особенно на кухне! Для уставших с дороги путников, пожалуйста - свежий домашний пирог, вино, кофе, чай (вода в холодильнике - особое спасибо)! Кондиционеры и прохлада в каждой комнате. Парковка у ворот без проблем, тишина снаружи, есть мангальная зона... Да сложно все перечислить! Вот ребёнок сразу сказал: я не хочу возвращаться на море, давайте останемся здесь - это пожалуй лучшая оценка!

We had an amazing family vacation in this house. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming - they met each of us at the airport and also took us back when we left. The house is spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, with separate rooms, a nice kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a washing machine. The location is perfect - close enough to walk to the city center, but also with public transport nearby. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gestures from the hosts, like homemade wine and a beautiful birthday surprise for our daughter. Communication was always easy, warm, and respectful - the hosts were never intrusive, yet always there when we needed something. We truly felt cared for and at home.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Our stay at Guest House BALU was truly exceptional! The owner, an amazing lady, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even preparing thoughtful touches like welcome drinks and cookies. The apartment was sparklingly clean and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Despite our late evening arrival, she patiently waited for us and was incredibly understanding and accommodating. We only wish we could have stayed longer! This apartment is the perfect choice for families and anyone looking for a warm, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended!

Nothing at all!

The location was a quite neighbourhood and was easy to access to the city. I loved the place it was spacious for my family and had more than enough room for a family of 5. The hosts are super friendly and are more than helpful.

I would like a extra bathroom. ventilator in the kitchen and two more dining chairs.

I liked the location close to the city centre and a nice locality nearby to a supermarket and bakery. The facilities were good for our family of 5. The owners were very friendly, The place was well kept and peaceful for a holiday home.

There is only one toilet. Maybe a powder room would have made it even better.

I stayed at the guesthouse Balu with my big family of three generations. All of us, including children, were very satisfied and happy with the atmosphere, conditions, service, Transfer and so on, not to say anything about a wonderful host and hostess, who were enormously hospitable and caring, meeting us with a delicious cake and home made Cognac at the arrival. All infos at the website are adequate and authentic. We would like to thank again our great hosts from Kutaisi! Best wishes …
