BEIt is close to the airport with a bus stop nearby. The host has limited English, but he knows some Russian in case you know the language. He was also nice and helpful and waited for us to arrive. The room and bathroom are in good condition and clean. Overall, it is a good location for a night over or in case you want to be close to the airport.

ITPerfect airport stay! The room was clean, modern, and super comfortable — ideal for my late flight (arrived after 1 AM). But the real hero was the host! After some pickup confusion, he personally welcomed me at night and drove me back to the airport in the morning. That kindness made all the difference!
