Where do I even start. As soon as we got there, we realized the bed frame was broken. I notified the team and they apologized, said they weren't aware and offered me a change of apartment. I said ok, but while we waited for further information, we realized the bed had a makeshift beam holding it in place (poorly), which meant they were perfectly aware of it being broken anf had decided not to do anything about it and then proceeded to lie to me. When I confronted them about it there was no further explanation, no apology, nothing. I asked for pictures of the alternative room as I was obviously now suspicious about its state and they accused me of being distrusting and said I should just cancel and they would just reimburse the money. By then, it was almost 9pm and we only had one day in Manila, so finding another place wasn't an option. We decided to stay, and had to place the mattress on the floor to be safe. Later we also discovered there were cockroaches in the apartment. The shower door is broken. Worst place I have ever stayed and worst customer service.

Close to the airport and easy to arrive with a Grab. Lovely clean room and great views. Nice pool, too! Felt safe and comfortable.

I liked the location and the view is amazing. The bed is comfortable.

There were a lot of cockroaches in the house. They were everywhere—on the bed, on the toilet, on the walls—and the owner was unreachable by phone when needed, which made emergencies difficult.

Bugs broken shower door cabinet peeling the cabinet doors broken off and dirty we can’t sleep because of cockroaches., everywhere ..

It's all good, clean, friendly owner.

There's nothing not to like.

Good location, aircon is working properly, and the host is very cooperative.

The host tried their best to stay in touch and connected. However ground staff and security are extremely rude and ignorant of how to behave with guests and have no manners in customer dealing. The filipino man sitting their at the counter needs to take some customer service courses maybe. I hope the management of Amorsolo Tower will look into this as this causes bad experience in checking in..
