This is the best hotel in the region, however, it is also a popular function for venues which creates parking issues.

After a 12 hour drive from Dnipro on way to the border I arrived around 930, and everything was very busy, with absolutely no parking available. I drove around for several minutes, and could not even park in order to go and complain. I had noted I required parking on my booking, as my car needs security, so was forced to leave, and continue to the border. I have stayed here many times, and will likely stay again, but this situation is very poor management. A hotel has a responsibility to its guests, reserved parking is a requirement for this.
