location was good being situated on main broad road, seems to be newly constructed property, rooms were neat and clean, ample space for parking, staff was co-operative, owner was courteous. I enjoyed my stay, however, could not avail the facility of food so cannot comment on food quality. Best point is that I booked Three Rooms for 10-02-2025 without paying even a single penny in advance and I was provided the rooms despite a heavy rush. I extend my best wishes to the owner and whole staff.

everything was good. however, I learnt that food facility was not available inside the property, I suggest that at least tea facility should be provided by keeping an electric kettle and tea kit

My experience at The Rama Ridge Residency was far from satisfactory. Despite its convenient location, the hotel lacked basic standards of cleanliness and service. The rooms were poorly maintained, with dirty linens, dusty surfaces, and a foul smell. The bathrooms were unhygienic, with broken fixtures and no reliable hot water. The staff was unresponsive and seemed untrained, often taking too long to address even simple requests. The food quality was below par, with limited options and stale items served during meals. Additionally, the hotel was noisy, making it hard to relax. For the price charged, I expected much better. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made
