The owner was amazing!!

Definitely would recommend staying here. Great value for money if you are looking for a good stop off in Carmen. Lino, the owner, is really friendly and helpful if you are looking for things to do. The breakfast was good and the cafe also serves good dinners.

The room was clean but there were a few ants in the bathroom. It's on a main road so can get a bit loud.

Let's start with the owner - Leno (owner) was absolutely LOVELY. He was so warm and welcoming. He also arranged flowers and decorated the room for my partner's birthday. He has a cat at the property called Citrous Meow who is the pest control officer and wears a little badge - so cute. The location was perfect for the chocolate hills and we found places to eat and drink nearby. The breakfast was delicious - highly recommend the cinnamon toast with banana and Nutella. Leno's place is exceptional value for money and he's such a lovely guy who is just starting out with his accomodation - you should absolutely stay here if you want to go to chocolate hills - ask Leno about the free viewing from the top of mother hill.

The room could have done with some smaller lights next to the bed, the main lights were a bit bright. There was no TV in the room but this didn't really bother us as we were only staying one night. The bed didn't have a duvet, just a sheet - again this didn't bother us too much but worth noting.

Our stay in Lino’s place was just awesome from the beginning till the end. Our room was clean and comfortable. All the natural beauties are close to hotel. The host was so kind, he gave us many recommendation for trips and in the end he even managed to spend whole day driving us around. We enjoyed our stay so much. Delicious brekfest ( I recommend the egg toast 🤭) The second day we did find out that they also cook! We got a dinner and it was so far the best food in Philipines :) Higly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here , the owners are very kind and welcoming. It's a great place to spend the night when visiting the Chocolate Hills on Bohol

It was a small apartment. We had breakfast but it was basically just toast bread prepared by the owner. The owner drove us to see the chocolate hills and other attractions. Also there are one or two cheap restaurants nearby (one is in the same building as the apartments).

Our apartment had ants. The bathroom was really small.

The owners are lovely. The made sure every detail was taken care off. The place is super clean and it's only a few months old. Perfect location to explore the Chocolate Hills Free coffee and tea and water and the included breakfast is tasty. Recommend! Wishing you all the best
