Downtown Luxe Retreat- Konventná

Although it’s not perfect and has some flaws, I still give it a positive review. The space is large and bright. There’s a convenient underground parking garage. The TV is big. The room has good soundproofing.

I had high expectations before going, and at first glance it looked great, but it lacked many details: 1. Bathroom & Toilet — The bathtub wasn’t very clean, only had a shower curtain, no place to hang the showerhead, and no trash bin. 2. Kitchen — It’s a full kitchen, but no oil, tongs, or other basic essentials, which made it hard to use. 3. Bedroom — The bed was too soft, and the pillow was too high. The three biggest issues: 1. The washing machine was very dirty — after washing, the clothes were covered in lint, worse than before washing. 2. After the first day, the door code suddenly stopped working and we got locked out — though the staff did fix it within an hour. 3. The check-in and check-out process was a bit complicated, requiring us to use a separate system. We followed the instructions and left the parking card in the mailbox when checking out, but it seemed they weren’t aware of this process.

Modern, actually luxurious, spacious, convenient location, fully equipped, Netflix, landlord very responsive, underground parking...

Some issues with access codes and WiFi password. The apartment code was false, WiFi password also. Landlord quickly sent the correct one, we found correct WiFi password on the router itself.

Good bed, nice couch, near to the old town.

The check in didn't work, than I had to pay for my parking ticket additionally as it's not possible to park the car putside for the check in, then I had no code received for elevator, then the door of the flat didn't open (1hour of fun) One of the light switches in the flat is partially working, the big ceiling light isn't working at all, no curtain to shower so the bathroom was totally wet. The second day the flat door did again not open for several tries. I would also recommand to offer a towel for the kitchen.

Spacious, very comfortable, clean, had all the amenities a traveller would want and everything worked.

The shower set up wasn’t ideal. It made showering somewhat awkward.

as we were there for a week expected more cutlery we had 3 forks and spoons and no knives apart from a bread knife and a small sharp cutting knife fortunately we only had breakfast at apartment so got by but we were constantly washing up as seemed a waste to use dishwasher for so few items as we constantly need to use them
