Die Lage war in kurzer Entfernung zum AIDA Anleger.

Der Eingangsbereich zum Haus und das Treppenhaus sind dringend Renovierungsbedürftig. Nachts steht die Türe offen. Die Ausstattung ist nur notdürftig, die Küche lässt sich nicht wirklich nutzen. Gläser sind selber zu waschen. Die Matratze ist hart. Das Schlafsofa fällt auseinander beim ausziehen.

Every thing is new in the flat. Fantastic shower. Comfortable bed.

No kitchen equipment, I suppose the place wasn't finished yet.

I chose this apt solely because of the location near the airport and the port for a 1 night stay. We didnt make use of anything in the apt outside of the beds and bathroom so can't comment on the kitchen equipment or tv etc. Bed in main bedroom was comfy and AC worked well, sofa bed was ok for a 1 night stay

The entrance to the building is not well kept, the light on the ground floor wasn't working and we needed to use the torches on our phones to go up the stairs in the dark. The apt is clean, but the toilet could do with a good clean

The location of apartment was great, near Port and Old Town. It was so easy to find it.

In the kitchen everything was missing. There were no plates, spoons etc. Only a few glasses and nothing else.

Very clean, spacious, comfortable and extremely ideal for me to get ferry for Albania

Very convenient location for someone without a car, 15-20 minutes walking distance to the old town, close to the port, bus station to the beaches nearby and also mini market. The apartment inside is very modern and well renovated!

the overall building is very old, I understand it's not the owner's fault, but it could be if not fully renovated, at least in a better condition, the overall experience though was positive
