"It was an extremely amazing stay for me and my family."

The Agent Yassine was very friendly and helpful. Also Mohammed ensured that we have a good stay. The pool heater is very good. The view and the interior design is very nice.

The cleaning service took about 2 hours or more to clean our villa in the middle of the day because they sent 1 man only and our villa is a 3-bedroom villa.

"Horrible Concierge Service & Housekeeping Need Improvement, Lovely Property"

Lovely property and location.

Having to ask for towels every day for the number of guests in the property. Being told there were no more towels multiple times. The main concierge desk at the Hilton is quite unprofessional and lacks adequate customer service, they also seem to cherry pick who gets service and who to disregard. When another guest is clearly violating the property's noise ordinance, blaring booming music loud enough to disrupt the entire building from 10pm well into 3am-4am, one would expect the concierge to be equipped to address the issue without needing to be called 15 times to address the issue. One would also not expect to hear "we've tried ma'am, what would you like us to do?" When a guest requests assistance in person with finding the hotel restaurant's electronic menu, one would assume the task simple enough that concierge would assist; rather than tell the guest to go back to their room and call room service. The heating in the rooms just seems to blow air and no heat. Need better communication on what amenities are available for the rooms, ie. Ironing board, etc. If the property is equipped with a stove, it should be equipped with 1 or 2 pots or pans.
