"Denied entry over the phone.."

The guy answered the phonecall.

I booked this room and I paid for it. After we arrived I called the given number. No answer. I called it again after a few minutes and the guy answering the phone started shooting questions. "Where did you come from?" I was like "what?" He asked again. I answered. And then he had the audacity to say he denies entry to the building because they don't accept people from Budapest. Like I already paid, i gave my details and everything. He suggested that we should go to a different room of his which was 40 minutes away. We went there. It was a dirty mess. Dust on everything, the towels coverd in stain, the bed squeaky. Not even close to what we were expecting from our original booking. Not recommended.
