Ambra Sorrento Suites Short Rent

La limpieza del lugar es muy buena, me gustó que tienen lavadora y un balcón muy bonito y amplio. Las personas que reciben el apartamento al final de la estadía fueron muy amables, uno de ellos nos ayudo con el transporte porque estaba enfermo y eso realmente se aprecia.

the location, felt safe

we stayed for 4nights (from thur-monday),there was no cleaning service , at least someone to pick up our rubbish from the room,we were told to leave them in the balcony in the middle of the summer with a heatwave upon us..so..no value for the money we paid.

Shower area was a bit small and drains slightly smelled.

Very central really don't want anyone to know about this exceptional little gem in Sorrento. Spotless clean although no change of towels for 3 days was a bit of a struggle. Pool,cold, but refreshing, gated so very secure

Location was AMAZING. Love the balcony, easy to get in and around, had what it needed. Luciana was super easy to communicate with. So good we are considering bringing the whole family back

It isn’t the softest bed, while I know this is to some peoples preference, I have a shoulder injury which means I prefer softer. But that is literally the only thing and it’s all preference

Location was good. Short walk to the stores and restaurants. Close to the bus stop and taxi stand. The train station is only a 7 minute walk away. Easy check in. Host walked us through the apartment. Plenty of room for a family of three. The kitchen had everything you could need - a towel, sponge, dish soap. My daughter loved hanging out on the balcony. Appreciated the power outlets near the two beds. Felt safe while staying at this apartment.

Pool is advertised as open seasonally. Was told a week before my trip (5/30-6/3) that it won't be open during our stay. Host said it doesn't open till 6/21. They should post the dates the pool is open at booking. Would have booked elsewhere as a pool was a top priority since we had out 7 y/o with us. We had planned a lot of our trip around pool time. Very upsetting. The bedroom balcony is right above a bar so lots of noise, talking, etc. well into the night. Not ideal for light sleepers like myself. The spare pillows were needed since the others were very flat and there weren't pillow cases for them. Wish the bathroom and main family area had more hooks.
