Excellent location, close to city center and highway. Hygiene is on maximum level and apartment is very comfortable. Host is very helpful, totally recommend this property.

This apartment is fantastic. Very clean, new, and modern interior with all the amenities and everything you need for a pleasant stay, bright rooms with huge windows in the living room which is pretty cool especially at night. There is a balcony with a great view, private parking space in a closed underground secured garage in the basement of the building which is a huge plus for someone visiting with a car and the building itself is newly built and modern. The owner is amazing, he was friendly, funny, and ready to help with anything you need. Thanks, Milenko, we will definitely be coming again soon and recommend your apartment to others!

Nothing I can think of!

The apartment is brand new. It is spotless, with all necesarry equipment. It was bigger than we actually expected. It is very bright. Even though it overlooks the boulevard, it is peaceful and quiet. My family liked the vicinity of the city center. Since we came by car, it was great to have the garage also. And last, but not least, the host was very friendly, cooperatite and made us feel welcome. I would gladly recommend it and will definitely book it next time we stay in Niš.
