The view.

Zero contact with the staff. We received the apartment an hour later than we were supposed to, and I had to keep asking and reminding them about it. Water was dripping from the ceiling, there was no proper kettle – just some rusty thing instead – the light in the living room was flickering, and there were cigarette butts left on the balcony. The conditions were terrible!

Δεν έβρισκα πάρκινγκ σχεδόν ποτέ. Το κάτω μέρος του σπιτιού πλημμύρισε όταν εκανα ντουζ στο πάνω μπάνιο. Σπασμένη η πορτα του μπανιου, παλαιά έπιπλα και κρεβάτι πολυ χάλια το στρώμα. Επισεις πολυ παλιά κλιματιστικα.

Сама квартира непогана, проте персонал, прибирання і т.д. бажають кращого.

Хоча час заселення починається о 15, нас не попередили, що з цим є затримка. Нам не надсилали інструкцію щодо заселення протягом 2 години після 15.00, ніхто про це навіть не збирався попередити, довелося самим зв'язуватися з помешканням для з'ясування причини. Після півтори години з'ясування причин з оператором нам надіслали таки інструкцію щодо заселення, проте виявилося, що клінінгової компанії після попередніх мешкарців у квартирі ще не було, нам довелося чекати ще півгодини, поки приїде клінінг. У помешканні було дуже брудно навіть після так званого прибирання, яке як виявилося включало лише заміну постільної білизни та рушників. Підлога, унітази були дуже брудними з чужим волоссям скрізь. Було дуже неприємно.

Apart from the beautiful view of Thessaloniki, we were very disappointed with the condition of the apartment, which was completely unacceptable.

To ensure everything is clear, we documented the issues with photos: • The entire apartment was dirty. • In the trash on the upper floor, we found pistachio shells and beer cans left by previous guests. • The door of the upstairs bathroom is broken and almost fell on us. • There is mold in the bathtub joints; on the first day, the bathtub was clogged, and we had to unclog it ourselves with a spoon. • Both toilets were extremely dirty, with yellow stains all over the bowls. • The Wi-Fi did not work. Even after we messaged to ask for the password, we received no reply. • The lock on the main entrance door is broken; once locked from the inside, it is very difficult to unlock. • Out of the two air conditioners, only the one upstairs in the bedroom worked. • Part of the kitchen unit is broken off. • The cups were not properly cleaned and still had coffee stains. • The neighboring apartment hosted a techno party that lasted the entire night, making it impossible to sleep.
